1966 Gibson Dove Guitar - $1500 (Vista Grande)

This is a Gibson Dove Guitar from the 60's, not a re-issue. Nicely vintage colored spruce top with cherry colored maple back and sides. Includes orginal Gibson case with plush orange lining. It has the original tune-a-matic (ABR-1) bridge with TUSQ saddle segments. Orginal saddle segments available. The condition of this guitar can be considered good to very good condition, definitely not mint. It is very playable. No major repairs needed. The top is heavily checked which adds to the guitar's character. The sides and back also show checking. There is a small crack in the top, the bridge is cracked along the pins, and the heel shows a crack line. The serial number of the body on the sticker inside is 858216 and the neck is stamped 864237. I bought this guitar used almost 14 years ago. Its time to find a new owner for it.
